The tower consists of 39 floors with a total height of 150 m from the top of the hill. The mail building includes five restaurants, fitness and health area, an outdoor swimming pool, and children's playground. The hotel will consist of 196 rooms, 55 suites and 2 royal suites. The tower features a unique architecture with a revolving restaurant on the top of the building.

I don't understand why you use Brown and Gold Color in building and towers plan? when Someone see these Colors they would think Kurdistan is a big Desert, Its Disgusting. Arabic Culture influence on your plans. White and Blue is the best and attractive More than them. Beji Kurdistan. |

Finished It is 39 stories high, no 38. It is currently the highest building in the entire country. The hotel is owned by Faruk Mostafa, not by the wife of Mam Jalal (as some people thought). Faruk Mostafa is the only CONFIRMED billionaire in entire i-rack (KRG included). He has an estimated net worth of $2.7 billion USD and is of course an ethnic Kurd. There are 7-8 other Kurds / Kurdish companies who are probably billionaires as well, but not confirmed.
