The tower consists of 39 floors with a total height of 150 m from the top of the hill. The mail building includes five restaurants, fitness and health area, an outdoor swimming pool, and children's playground. The hotel will consist of 196 rooms, 55 suites and 2 royal suites. The tower features a unique architecture with a revolving restaurant on the top of the building.
