Finished It is 39 stories high, no 38. It is currently the highest building in the entire country. The hotel is owned by Faruk Mostafa, not by the wife of Mam Jalal (as some people thought). Faruk Mostafa is the only CONFIRMED billionaire in entire i-rack (KRG included). He has an estimated net worth of $2.7 billion USD and is of course an ethnic Kurd. There are 7-8 other Kurds / Kurdish companies who are probably billionaires as well, but not confirmed.
