Located at the back side of Rotana Hotel and at the corner of Italian City Village this hotel's front and back elevation, the room windows are combined as a singular line. The right corner where the suit room placed and the left side are cladded with natural wood to finish the facade with vertical view. Singular line windows are continued with the white composite panel lines on the ground level. Entrance and on its sides brown composite panel used for combining with the natural wood. In this project Creative design was responsible for master planning, concept designs of villas and apartments, landscape design and preliminary floor plans of every building and also 3D visualizations.
