Unique type of project within the Erbil City. It is The most beautiful project in the heart of the city, Each Apartment area is (150 meter square), With the most modern designs for Reception room ,living room , bed room and Equipped Kitchen with all supplies and inclusions .

The Project Payments is by Premiums(installments) . This project will be achieved by two companies( 99 and Shaxa Barza company) , these two companies managed many projects. And all building materials will be supplied by some famous Turkish Companies.

As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time.

My auntie use to live here they were old apartments I was there in 2010 they all sold it to this rich Kurdish guy he demolished them and is now building these on them :thumbs:

Yeah that kebab shop I had a Gass it had sand in it and was crunching in my teeth never went there again. It's very famous and packed too.
