If something as a religious capital exists, it should be Laylish (for entire Kurdistan)

Right - coz if we attached nearby Shexan - theyu will serve all religions, as in Shexan we have muslims and christans as well. Look this is Shexan:

Well, it's not really about the other religions, more as a symbolic nationalist Kurdish religious capital.
Because if we want to represent all religions, that's not possible since there are also millions of other Kurds with different religion (Kaka-i, Jews, Mandeans, etc.) And also agnosts & atheists. So you would be excluding them if you want to represent the 2 other religions aswel.

So it's more as a patriotic/nationalist symbol. They also should invest billions to make the city look better etc.
