Yeah that was PCDK group visited them South of Kerkûk border with ISIL I think Qandil posted full pictures scroll back few pages you will see them. |

Barzani: Article 140 is Implemented Posted: June 26, 2014 at 11:47 pm Barzani gave a speech to the Peshmarga forces in Mala Abdullah hall on Khuraw Street. He implied that the Iraqi forces withdrew and the Peshmarga took their places. “We were trying to implement article 140, but this article has been implemented automatically,” He said. Barzani: Article 140 is Finished British Secretary of State William Hague arrived in Erbil Friday and met with Kurdish Regional President Massoud Barzani to discuss the recent developments in the country regarding ISIS violence in KRG. Hague, in his first visit to South Kurdistan, acknowledged the Peshmerga Force’s role in protecting the region and being able to fight the extremist group, Islamic State in Iraq and Sham (ISIS). After their meeting, Barzani and Hague held a press conference where Barzani informed reporters that Peshmerga Forces have been dispatched to Kirkuk and other disputed areas. He mentioned the Peshmerga’s goal is to protect these areas from being captured by ISIS militants, after the Iraqi army withdrew from the area. “We tried from more than 10 years with Iraq to solve the Kirkuk issue. Barzani went on to tell reporters, “Article 140 of the constitution is implemented and finished and we won’t be talking about it.” He also recognized KRG efforts in aiding Mosul and Anbar refugees, who have fled to South Kurdistan in recent weeks, after ISIS Militants attacked their homes. According to Kurdish authorities, they number upwards of 300,000. “We are friends of the Kurds as well as Iraqis, but we won’t make any new military intervention,’” revealed Hague.
