NEWROZ CITY NEXT TO MAJIDI MALL

This 52.700sqm land is located on 120 street which is fast growing part of the city circle. Project divided by two zones. First one is the road side which contains a motel, supermarket and mix usage office-shopping mall. 8 floor motel has 24 normal, 6 suit and 9 king room including indoor swimming pool and fitness saloon within the construction area of 5211sqm. Two floor office-shopping mall total construction area is 3160sqm.3 floor supermarket construction area reaches 3431sqm.

Second zone is residential zone which has 12 apartments total construction area reaches 68.000sqm. Two types of apartments are variable 8-10 floors with the total number of 448 units constructed by tunnel formwork construction technique. These apartment blocks circular order and surrounded by ring road to make non traffic internal space. Internal garden is for social areas and water features. There is 6160sqm underground garage for 219 cars is located below this internal garden.

In this 86.000sqm construction area project ,Creative Design was responsible for all kind of application projects such as architectural and structural and also BOQ and 3D visualizations.

Russian Girenak Joseph, who visited Kirkuk in Kurdistan as a part of his tour throu the 1870 - 1873 AD, who published the results of his trip & his studies later in 1879, in the 4th volume in the Bulletin of the Caucasus department of the Royal Geographical Russian Society estimated Kirkuk's population as many as 12-50,000 people, & he emphasized that except 40 Christian families, the rest of the population were Kurds. As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time.
