In order to realize a project as unique and matchless as Erbil, we have designed a new 40,000 sqm building complex consisting of two skyscrapers housing a five-star hotel, residence and business center, which, when completed, will be Erbil’s most prestigious achievement.

The Business Center will form the heart of Erbil and provide a point of attraction for visitors with a boutique shopping mall located on the ground floor.

Erbil is being transformed into a center of attraction as a premier shopping, fashion and entertainment destination.

Erbil gets a new five-star hotel located at the heart of the city. Occupying a prominent location overlooking Erbil, the new hotel looks forward to providing its local and international guests with services that exceed the usual standards in luxury and comfort.

Designed to bring a new dimension to the business world, Gulan Towers Business Center will change the perception of doing business in Erbil.

Shopping mall at Gulan Towers will offer its visitors diverse alternatives to choose from in line with the cultural make-up of Erbil. Erbilites and guests from all over the world will have the opportunity to select from a wide variety of leading global brands...

Offering privileged lifestyle and more than can be expected from a home, Gulan Towers Residence will introduce Erbilites to the comforts and latest trends of modern living. Gulan Towers Residence will be an ideal center for living in Erbil.

With its personal services and professional team to create a more comfortable life and social facilities that can be shared with loved ones, Gulan Towers Residence offers a life beyond your dreams...
