If I purchase apartment in Kurdistan I will go for the ridiculously cheap ones where you pay 2-3 dafter in advance and the other half in monthly installments. Why? Because very simple: You rent the apartment to a family/young couple, what you get from them you use for the monthly payments Guaranteed that your apartment will be worth at least 2 times as much after its completion
