I hope this gets built ASAP this will boost our tourism sector provide more jobs to locals and it will make South Kurdistan stand out even more from its neighbors and the entire ME.

edit: i dont want too many projects like these in SK, a few will do, i dont want empty shells all over Hawler i dont want to see another Dubai like i use too 3 years ago, i want a S.Korea example for SK.

The tall buildings are nice, but am I the only one that thinks that those low builds are ugly and unnecessary?

I'll agree with you that they are probably unnecessary. However, I do also think the design is unique in a positive way. It makes this project stand out compared to others buildings. :)

Well, at least it seems like Purearch sees the 'uniqueness' in this.

The only thing I can hope for now is that it will turn out as good as it is rendered, which is not that usual for SK projects.
