Hawler should be the city with all the nice skyscrapers and full of business districts etc.
Slemani should have some nice design skyscrapers (hotels etc.) and maybe more in the remote areas, but it shouldn't be like Hawler because the nature of Slemani is beautiful.

Remember the time when we were all exited because they were building a skyscraper in Slemani? (The Millenium Hotel). That was the only high rise in Kurdistan. And now it's full of high rises, skyscrapers and even super talls are under construction! :)

What are the prices?

Is land expensive in Slemani / Hewler?

Really need to buy something and save more money, it will be fcking hard to buy something in South-Kurdistan within a few years if it keeps developing so fast xD. Some places are already as expensive as New York LOL xD
