85 floors.
I assume the average height per floor will be between 4.5 and 5.0 meters.

4.5 x 85 = between 382.5 and 425 meters!!!!!

If this PROJECT IS TRUE

this would be the 20th tallest skyscraper in the world (low estimate)
OR the 12th tallest skyscraper in the world! (high estimate)

this tower could bring Kurdistan on the map for sure! Is it approved?
biji kurd u kurdistan !!

At a time when others are demolishing high rise residential flats because of high cost of maintaining it and other social /health problem associated with so many people living in confined spaces, we are just starting doing it. This is a joke and the Hewlêr council or if the is such a thing that runs the city and oversees new development should reject this. Or soon as society changes and advances culturally we will see many problems.

Take my word 2 years from now they all will be demolished or converted to offices.
