A Kurdish city part of the KRG's administration since 2003. In 2007 the provincial council with a majority vote urged the 'official' annexation of the district onto Hawler.

yeah that is correct Xanaqin is under KRG not like Kerkuk but now Kerkuk is even fallen under KRG with the city as well, so from now on all the institutions will be de-arabized as well.

I like the sign in the middle of the street, it's a poster of Khanaqin martyrs who fought against the i-racki army.

I agree with what the second and third man said, Khanaqin is much better and definately much better than Baghdad for Kurds. Although didn't really understand the first heval, since he was speaking sorani.

But true Feylis in Baghdad need to either move to Mandali or Khanaqin.

jj i understood all of them perfectly fine :)and see i told you its better for them to move but i know they dont know much and cant afford to move. it is the duty of KRG to relocate them. But they must 1st ask for it. like invite kurdish medias and ask for assistance to relocate to Feyli lands.

True heval, that was my point. Not that we don't want to move, but it is economically hard. The KRG has a PUK centre in Baghdad, in needs to re-activate it.

Yeah totally agreed i contacted Adel Murad's email no reply yet. But the Kurds in baghdad must seek help 1st then if KRG doesnt help we can say at least they tried. But if they seek such think and get a media reporter to do it from KRG, they im sure people like Adel Murad and Mala Baxtyar will use their power to make such thing possible.
