when i was there in mar 2010 this building was half way up and only concert , now news ones are popping up next to it lol, growth rate of construction in S.Kurdistan is amazing![]() |

Damn, not here, the terrorists are reading, lol, no it's not Parastn office or UN. UN HQ in Kurdistan is near the MRF 5 towers. The owner didn't have enough money to build it, so it just stopped. I think they want to make it to offices for rent |
