Total Construction area of Avrocity-2 is 1.291.858 m2

AVROCITY Project on 1.367.000 m2 land field in Duhok city includes 6.728 houses with high standard, 420 high-rise residences, 93 luxury villas, mall, office tower, hotel, multi purpose hall, fitness center, supermarkets, showrooms, school, mosque, gas station, police stations, fire station, health care center and kindergarten buildings. 1.728 ea flats and environmental fields constituting the first part of the project being attracted attention with 80% landscape field were actualized and 5.000 Flats, lucenvironmental fields, commercial and social buildings are under construction.

Russian Girenak Joseph, who visited Kirkuk in Kurdistan as a part of his tour throu the 1870 - 1873 AD, who published the results of his trip & his studies later in 1879, in the 4th volume in the Bulletin of the Caucasus department of the Royal Geographical Russian Society estimated Kirkuk's population as many as 12-50,000 people, & he emphasized that except 40 Christian families, the rest of the population were Kurds. As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time.

I dont know if this project is too big or just the progress of the project is too slow. They have been working with it for very long :D

beautiful. I saw some swimming pools there, I don't know why there's little to no swimming pools in SK, its a desert there at summer, its really hot, when I buy/make a house in SK one day, im gonna make a huge pool in front of my house :)

There are many swimming pools. For instance, in Slemani, there were 4 swimming pools on only one high street. Though they are not visible so you have to look around and ask for the locations.

oh I know there's a few public ones, but I mean private pools that you can have in your back yard. in all of SK, I doubt there's more than 50 pools
