Total Construction area of Avrocity-2 is 1.291.858 m2

AVROCITY Project on 1.367.000 m2 land field in Duhok city includes 6.728 houses with high standard, 420 high-rise residences, 93 luxury villas, mall, office tower, hotel, multi purpose hall, fitness center, supermarkets, showrooms, school, mosque, gas station, police stations, fire station, health care center and kindergarten buildings. 1.728 ea flats and environmental fields constituting the first part of the project being attracted attention with 80% landscape field were actualized and 5.000 Flats, lucenvironmental fields, commercial and social buildings are under construction.

Russian Girenak Joseph, who visited Kirkuk in Kurdistan as a part of his tour throu the 1870 - 1873 AD, who published the results of his trip & his studies later in 1879, in the 4th volume in the Bulletin of the Caucasus department of the Royal Geographical Russian Society estimated Kirkuk's population as many as 12-50,000 people, & he emphasized that except 40 Christian families, the rest of the population were Kurds. As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time.
