Location: on the Gulan Street close to the airport FORMERLY STER OFFICE TOWER AND BUSINESS CENTER, NOW ITS UN TOWER. Completed: 2010 Design and turnkey based construction of a mixed used building including 14 stories of offices, 1 storey of residence, 2 stories of market with open and closed car parking areas. Currently been used by Tarin group.

As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time. | |

it´s a nice tower, but in my opinion the UN tower deserves a better design good to know to that UN is feeling safe to have it´s official office in Kurdistan
