This project is under construction now, located in Sulaimania-sarchnar, it consists of Two symmetrical towers, the project built on area ≈20,000m², and each tower consists of 32 floors and 3 basements (192 flats). The 3 basements function is car parking. 1st to 30th floor are typical and consist 6 flats (2*152m², 2* 218m², 2*252m²) each floor. 31th & 32th floor consist of 4 flats each one 225m². The total Area of each floor 1180m² ,The estimated cost is 50,000,000 $ for each tower.  .

Qualtra is glad to announce that it has signed an agreement with Falcon Contracting to supply the ventilation equipment for the Jaff Towers project in Suleimani Jaff Towers consist of two residential towers that are currently the highest tower in Kurdistan. Each tower consists of thirty-four floors and a ground floor with three basements for parking. First floor to the floor Twenty-six are similar ...in terms of design and space. Each floor consists of six apartments, 2 apartments of 152 square meters, 2 apartments of 218 square meters and 2 apartments of 252 square meters. Twenty-seventh floor to the floor 29th are similar in terms of design and space and each floor consists of four apartments of similar area of 315 square meters. Floor thirty consists of 4 apartments, 2 apartments of 304 square meters and 2 apartments of 315 square meters. Floors thirty-first and thirty-second are similar in terms of design and space and each floor consists of 3 apartments (414 square meters, 417 square meters and 444 square meters). The thirty-third floor consists of two apartments Double Volume with an area of 631 square meters for the first one and 411 square meters for the second one. This project is considered an important reference that Qualtra is proud of, given the specification of this project. I saw Tavga by accident when i visited Sarchnar. I didnt know about it before and i was curious what is that. I went there and when i saw this great place (great in the past) ruined, destroyed and full of broken glass, cans and other rubbish, i nearly cried. I was trying to find out how to fix it, but seems like there is a confilict about the owner and government or something like that. The only one thing i can do for now is to send my people from "ganjani Wullatparez" to clean the place from all rubbish (they did it before on Qalla in Kerkuk).
