It's really really nice I live in Sydney in an apartment that is brand new and comparing the two Royal shits on my one haha

These are Royal apartments btw the white ones with brown roof on the left (not the villas)

They are not cheap thou $500k each, but it's totally worth it it's made with highest quality materials eg; lift, tiling, paint, design and all...
