Hewler construction business is at a stop, this stop began after terror attacks...relatives tell me no company wants to build anything or hire anyone. Only Gulan and the buildings you see behind are constructed (the round ones owned by Nechirvan, Gulan not sure who), other buildings very slow or full stop, mostly private business at stop |

That's not true I was there in January and there wasn't any stoppage in construction. And those workers are mostly NKis |

I spoke to them a week ago, they say there is no work in construction branch, only KDP companies are building, private ppl and companies aren't, probably afraid of a war. I heard them speak Turkish the workers...NKis are working next to the French_lebanese university, I might be wrong though about where they are from

Kak Alan I was talking about the building you see in background, not Gulan. The others are called Park View, it's the round building, you can see cranes behind the old apartment complexes....picture won't show up in quote
