A Five Star Hotel (22550 m2 Buildup area) which has 196 guest rooms, 55 suites and special suites, five restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Lebanese and All day dining restaurant) beside a revolving restaurant at the top of the tower, and all other areas that five star hotels include.
One auditorium accommodating 300 seats (6846 m2) and one ball room for 750 people (5378 m2) are annexed to the tower.
The whole project is located at the top of a hill about 50 meters above the street level overlooking the whole city of sulaimani.

Qaiwan towers are any region’s dream come true. The iconic twin towers’ design is not only breathtaking but a modern architectural marvel. Each of the two twin towers are designed to be 25 stories tall and in total the project will be spread across 11,000 square meters.

Located in the heart of the Suleymanie, Qaiwan Towers is to be the home to an office tower, a five star hotel and a premium shopping mall. This will be a commercial space that oozes style, substance and modern amenities unlike any other.

Modern elegance will be at its captivating best throughout the banquet hall, business center, meeting rooms, gym, SPA and swimming pools along with the suites and the restaurants. The hotel will house two very uniquely different restaurants, one serving groundbreaking fine dining, and the other offering a more casual ambiance with its menu and décor. The suites will be the perfect amalgamation of comfort and style with VIP facilities of the highest international standards.

The premium mall will act as the so-called heart of the area as it will connect the two towers. It will be home to top brands, high fashion, modern lifestyle and some invigorating hang out spots offering entertainment for all ages through all spans of life.

Qaiwan towers will prove to be just the infrastructure that is needed for Sulaimani to become an important business and commercial hub. With the rise of these twin towers, the future of the local and international businesses is looking brighter than ever. All the spaces within the project are designed ergonomically to encourage productivity. The office spaces are designed to allow an abundance of natural light and lush greenery with the finest materials.

The towers’ ultra-modern facilities will include but are not limited to: blazing fast internet connections, well-engineered heating and cooling systems, state of the art indoor and outdoor transportation areas, well equipped parking areas, etc.

Looks absolutely stunning.
I am confused by God's wisdom:
In this world of States
Why have the Kurds remained Stateless, dispossessed,
What for have they all become fugitives, condemned?

And free the captive
If he be unjustly confined
Assist any person oppressed
Whether Muslim or non-Muslim

Nice and classy buildings not like your other typical kurdish sky scrapers. This design is modern and appealing, the typical designs as seen in Hewlêr are nothing bold or out their just based of other buildings.
