I also heard a similar price (400k). How much will a night there cost? $50k? Our house is like 5-10 mins away from the hotel btw. My grandmother likes to see developments in the city, but not Skyscrapers. She hates them. None of the elders in my area like skyscrapers for some reason

Im not sure what a suburb is tbh (how large it is etc) lol I just told you the name of the small area were we live (40-50 houses). Kôlanaka, as we call it in Kurdish
