They really need to plan the urban constructions more thoroughly. This 50 fl tower is lying besides casual 2 fl houses.

i would rlly love it if it was located in downtown Hewlêr so we get a nice skyline. Is it atleast close to it?

Would have look better if it had actual walls and not completely glassed. Wait one year and you will see all the windows covered with curtains because the sun light make it so hot in there.

No, hopefully no high rises will be built close to the citadel. Such constructions will undermine the citadel which is way more valuable to the city's characteristics than high buildings. In my opinion the area close to the citadel should consist of 4-5fl buildings like in Paris which are lower than the citadel itself.

There should however be a business district where high rises are densified instead of building them in different random locations far from each other.

Not very good on Hewlêr as you might have noticed :)

Well, then I guess the only thing lacking is more buildings to be built there.

i dont think that they would build anything that would not fit into the citadel area. i dont they are allowed to build anything tall inside the 60m road.. i´m just guessing tho :)

They haven't decorated the top of the building yet though.

I don't expect it to finish anytime soon. As with all the smaller, and even some larger companies in Kurdistan, they generally build as they sell. So, they use the capital from selling offices and flats in the tower to build up.
