Recent sightings of UFOs outside the International Space Station (ISS) prompts the question: Is the space station being monitored? And if so, by who or what? Since it isn't an established fact that UFOs are vehicles driven by alien beings, could they be spy spacecraft or drones originating from countries not involved in the station's operations (like China)?

Alien or no, as UFO Sightings Daily reported on Oct. 10, another unidentified flying object has been caught on live camera flying about outside the ISS. As can be seen in the video, the glowing object can be seen approaching the space station. That is, the image of the UFO grows larger.

"This glowing UFO was near the space station monitoring their activities when it was caught on live cam," Scott Waring posted. Waring noted that the object appeared to get closer, which elicited speculation about NASA having knowledge of the UFO.

"When NASA noticed it they switched the camera to blue screen," Waring wrote, "which is a common practice when a UFO is seen. This blue screen confirms that NASA did see the UFO and wanted to prevent the public from seeing it."

The video (as seen above) was shot by YouTube user Streetcap1. That particular user also captured the last image of what appeared to be a glowing orb outside the ISS. That video now has been seen by over a hundred thousand viewers.

Two UFOs in as many weeks. Could it mean something other than individuals reading into things unidentified the status of being a UFO? Is it possible that extraterrestrials are actually monitoring our nascent space ventures? Of course it is possible. But that does not mean it is so. It is more likely that the UFOs from the videos (which was captured on Oct. 2) have a more mundane point of origin, such as an airfield in China. But that may be the case.

But is the human race worthy of monitoring? And if so, why? Stephen Hawking posited in 2010 that if aliens were to expend such a herculean effort to reach our Solar System, chances are the encounter between humanity and the aliens would not prove beneficial to humans. He said that it might not be such a good idea to attract their attention (like with deliberate attempts to contact aliens via radio signals and gold discs on the Voyager spacecraft). In fact, given the advanced technology that would be needed to get to Earth from some distant exoplanet, aliens would most likely come to Earth as conquerors.

The Black Knight’s orbit was unlike any other object orbiting Earth.
The Grumman Aircraft Corporation gave much importance to this mysterious “Satellite”, On September 3, 1960, seven months after the satellite was first detected by radar, a tracking camera at Grumman Aircraft Corporation’s Long Island factory took a photograph of the Black Knight satellite.
The Grumman Aircraft Corporation formed a committee to study the data received from the observations made but nothing was made public.
In 1963, Gordon Cooper was launched into space. On his final orbit, he reported seeing a glowing green object in front of his capsule in the distance moving towards his Spacecraft. The Muchea tracking station, in Australia, which Cooper reported the object to, picked up this Unidentified object on Radar travelling East to West.
It was the Ham Radio operator who apparently decoded a series of signals received from the UFO Satellite and interpreted it as a star-chart centered on the Epsilon Bootes Star System
According to the decoded message, the Black Knight satellite originated from the Epsilon Bootes Star System 13.000 years ago.
On August 23, 1954 the technology magazine Aviation Week and Space Technology released a story about the Black Knight Satellite that angered the Pentagon who were trying to keep the information secret.
NASA has released official images which apparently show the Black Knight Satellite.
