it is really great now KRG is forcing all the companies to put up the Kurdistan flag and removing any i-racki one ![]() EMPIRE WORLD sign a contract with Turkish company BIRART GROUP to build two towers EMPIRE BUSINESS TOWERS A meeting held at Empire World headquarters on Monday, February 11th, 2013 between the Turkish company BIRAT Group and the company Empire World, has resulted in the signing of an agreement to implement the construction of two Business Towers inside the Empire Project. The meeting was attended by Mr. Peshraw Majid Agha (the owner of Empire World) and Mr. Muhammad Alkir Ceyhan (the manager of BIRART Group). The agreement is met with enthusiasm and seriousness and the two companies are pleased to work together. In accordance with this contract, the prospected towers are located on the south side of the main Empire Tower; overlooking Royal City Villas and Royal Apartments. The landscape is 16,500m2 with the total area of the building being 40,000 m2. Each tower will stand 75 meters high and consist of 22 floors each with the capacity to hold 7 offices each with an average of 130-150 m2 . The Towers are designed accordance with universal standards for corporate offices and are well suited for large corporations to reserve and initiate their businesses in offices or even the entire floor when required. Characterized by technical details and high quality standards, 30 months has been set as a deadline to complete this project. The construction materials of the Tower will be concrete with anti-earthquake, external building covered with double glass specification and heat insulation along with an advanced fire system (sprinkler system) supported by fire resistant barriers. Each tower will contain 4 elevators (3 lifts for residents and 1 lift for services) and operate by electronic chip card. The fire exit for emergency, air-conditioning system (VRV), CCTV camera surveillance system and communication network for internet (fiber) all add to the safety and luxury of the buildings. |
Russian Girenak Joseph, who visited Kirkuk in Kurdistan as a part of his tour throu the 1870 - 1873 AD, who published the results of his trip & his studies later in 1879, in the 4th volume in the Bulletin of the Caucasus department of the Royal Geographical Russian Society estimated Kirkuk's population as many as 12-50,000 people, & he emphasized that except 40 Christian families, the rest of the population were Kurds. As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time. | |
