Declaration about accepting the students in the military college in Zakho and Qala Chwalan 19 / 9 / 2012 (witebej) - The Directorate of Culture, Media and national awareness in the Ministry of Peshmerga announced that students those are preparatory school graduates of literary and scientific classes wants to be accepted at one of the (2nd Zakho and 3rd Qalacholan) military colleges, they can study there and contact each college on 22/9/2012. Students’ Conditions to Offer the Military College are listed below:- 1- The student should have KRG citizenship ( parents should be native KRG). 2- The student should have a good ethics and behavior. 3- The student should have the clear past of guiltiness. 4- The student should not be dismissed/offered any colleges or institutions of military. 5- The student should have gotten the degree from literary and scientific classes and %10 overall accepted students will go to occupational preparatory schools. 6- The students should be between ages of 18 – 23 for preparatory and institutions graduates and 25 years old for colleges’. 7- The students who offer for the military college should not have less than %60 of total averages for literary and scientific classes and % 70 total averages for occupational preparatory schools. 8- The student who asks for contacting the college should offer his/ her written letter to the military college. 9- The student should pass all the tests and specialized college analysis (medical, physical, cultural, language, rate of awareness and final interview.) Russian Girenak Joseph, who visited Kirkuk in Kurdistan as a part of his tour throu the 1870 - 1873 AD, who published the results of his trip & his studies later in 1879, in the 4th volume in the Bulletin of the Caucasus department of the Royal Geographical Russian Society estimated Kirkuk's population as many as 12-50,000 people, & he emphasized that except 40 Christian families, the rest of the population were Kurds. As for The Turkmen & Arabs, they have not been already existed at the time. | |
